Job summary
The Gynecologic Oncology Department is seeking a programmer to support advanced data analysis and machine learning initiatives in collaboration with clinicians and basic scientists. The candidate will develop and maintain software applications and SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets from clinical and hospital systems.Responsibilities
- Implementing basic machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns and insights relevant to biomedical research.
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data used in research projects.
- Writing detailed reports for the analysis.
