    Job Summary:

    Two leading prestige lash brands, Lilly Lashes & Velour Beauty are actively seeking a highly organized, motivated, and passionate individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our brand catalog by ensuring meticulous organization and coordination for all new product development launches. The primary responsibilities include maintaining efficient communication with external vendors and internal teams, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, and overseeing the systematic collection and organization of project assets.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    · Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze, prioritize, and communicate projects.

    · Create timelines and track product due dates and deliverables.

    · Provide regular updates, reporting, and data analysis to pertinent team members on an ad-hoc and regularly scheduled basis.

    · Create assets related to new or updated products

    · Create new project timelines in Asana or Smartsheets and track all the way through to completion.

    · Maintain product specifications within internal spreadsheets and Asana or Smartsheets.

    · Manage regulatory process for international expansion.

    · Facilitate internal and external product testing and analyze product testing results.

    · Conduct research and perform a competitive analysis for new product ideas.

    · Any other appropriate tasks as assigned by management

    Experience / Abilities:

    · Huge passion for beauty A love for lashes is a bonus.

    · Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.

    · 2-3 years of product development or marketing experience. Beauty category experience is a plus.

    · Top-notch organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

    · Experience working in software to create calendars, schedules, and project timelines.

    o Asana or Smartsheets proficiency – main programs for all project tracking

    o Project Management Certification (PMP) a plus

    · Proficient in MS Office and/ or Google Suite tools such as Excel, Sheets, and Word.

    · Experience with process creation and improvement.

    · Very strong analytical and communication (oral/ written) skills.

    · Must be trustworthy and handle highly confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.

    · Can work collaboratively and positively with others to drive completion of deliverables.

    · DECISION MAKING – This role will be required to display the ability to make good decisions and/ or lead a sound decision-making process, backed by solid reasoning, data, etc.

    · INDEPENDENCE – This role completes tasks to the best of their ability, without need for external follow up, and takes accountability for quality and timeliness of tasks.

    Hours:

    · This position is a full-time position, hybrid office hours.
