    • Shift: Part-time 20 hours / week Monday – Friday
    • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Bachelors degree in nursing preferred. Must hold current license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland as a Registered Nurse.
    • Experience: A minimum of three years verifiable experience providing direct nursing care to adults with proficiency in Physical Assessment. Experience with providing direct care to persons with psychiatric and medical illness as well as experience working in a psychiatric rehabilitation setting is a plus.
    • The Registered Nurse for our Senior program serves to provide consultation to clients and staff regarding health issues
    • Provide education and training to staff and clients,
    • Serve to assist in the coordination of community health care,
    • Be available to staff on a 24 hour basis for any medical emergencies on a rotating basis and assumes other duties
    • Special projects as assigned by the care coordination team
    • Manage the treatment room and triage all clients on an as needed basis.
    • Provide physical assessments and care for all 24 persons served. An initial assessment is done for all new clients into the Program. Then every 3 months there after for all 24 clients. Travel to and from the client residences and work inside the client residences minimum 10 hours per week.
