About the Role

Manage the quarterly billing process
Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Prepare quarterly management reports
Track and analyze financial performance in collaboration with department heads
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
Support the finance team with periodic accounting functions

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting: Working closely with the CFO and department heads to develop annual operating budgets and monthly forecast updates.
Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing quarterly budget versus actual reports and reviewing with department leaders to understand deviations and planned adjustments.
Client Billing Calculation: Calculating quarterly client fees based on market values and fee schedules.
Monthly Closing Process: Supporting the monthly closing process through reconciliations and journal entries.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process and system improvements, proposing solutions, and participating in or leading improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

Education: B.S. in accounting or finance is required.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Skills: Excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for detail. Tableau experience a plus
Location: This role is for applicants located within the United States who will not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
