    job summary:
    Successful biotech company is looking to add on a Director of Accounting to their growing team.

    You will be part of the elite team managing accounting process and leading the close and financial audits.

    responsibilities:
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead accounting close process including, leading close meetings, MD&A review and coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors.
    • Oversee payroll, accounts payable and expense clinical trial accrual processes.
    • SAP administration and chart of accounts maintenance.
    • Concur and fixed asset processes.
    • Tax compliance and provision review and VAT filings
    • System implementation.
    • Manage Treasury, insurance renewal and other corporate functions as needed.
      qualifications:
      Requirement:

      BS degree

      10+ years of related experience

      Biotech and clinical trial experience required
