We are hiring for CLINIC Registered Nurses and LPNs for a sub-specialty ophthalmology medical practice

Overview: Treating diseases and surgeries of the retina, vitreous, and macula and are dedicated to serving the needs of our patients

Schedule: M-F - no weekends 7am-5pm (clinics start and end between those times- some days could be 7-3p, 7-4p, 7:30-5p, 7:30-4p, 8-5p) it just depends on the clinic

Location: 66204 hSawnee Mission Kansas+ other floating clinics

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. KS & MO licenses.
1+ years' nursing experience preferably in a hospital or specialty clinic setting.

Pay:

LPN= $25-28/hr
RN = $30-32/hr

Responsibilities

Perform compliant and complete patient work up in a timely manner (rooming patients, vitals, etc.)
Evaluate and complete assessment of patient needs to provide supportive care before, during, and after surgery and maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Communicate with physicians, referring physicians, and other medical professionals.
Good understanding of retina practice (training provided) and patient care.
Create and contribute to patient's medical records.
Collaborate with clinical team in patient testing and treatment.
Administration of medication, including IV procedures under direction of the physician.
