    Collaborate with clients to integrate Ancillary Service offerings such as applicant tracking, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management Facilitate meetings to analyze client business requirements and provide guidance on implementation projects Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to client satisfaction Configure and quality assure software according to client specifications Test software configurations for accuracy and resolve any issues or bugs during implementation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and resolve any adjustments required for completion Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices Identify and report issues or bugs for resolution Validate data to identify discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them promptly Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 2+ years of experience in Human Capital Management industry.

    Experience with Human Capital Management Systems, specifically in Recruiting, Applicant Tracking, or Performance ManagementPrevious experience in client service, data analysis, or software support is advantageousExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of implementation methodologies applicable to SaaS and full software configurationWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externallyAbility to manage competing priorities successfullyCuriosity and motivation to find solutions and create pathways for problem-solvingProficiency in ticket systems such as Salesforce, Inspire Planner, etcProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
