    Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our engineering recruitment efforts.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes within the engineering industry, with a keen understanding of how to leverage modern recruitment tools and strategies.

    As the Permanent Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the human capital needs of our engineering operations.
    Utilize your expertise in Ceridian / Day Force and ATS to streamline and optimize our recruitment processes.
    Develop and maintain a strong network of professional relationships to ensure a consistent pipeline of top-tier engineering talent.
    Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
    Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing to hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
    Use data-driven approaches to monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics, using insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
    Ensure compliance with local and federal recruitment regulations.
    The ideal candidate for the Permanent Talent Acquisition Manager position will have:
    A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the engineering industry.
    Proven experience with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies and practices.
    Expertise in using Ceridian / Day Force and ATS for recruitment purposes.
    A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate future recruitment needs and trends.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
