The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively delegating, directing and assisting licensed and ancillary team members; assuming accountability for quality patient outcomes; exhibiting sensitivity to cultural, ethnic and religious diversity in all interactions;
and maintaining involvement in activities aimed toward the achievement of unit and department's strategic goals objectives.
