    Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst include, but are not limited to:
    • Provide technical and functional support for ERP system and other homegrown applications.
    • Be able to build a strong capacity for understanding, developing, documenting, and implementing business processes
    • Support and train users on system and business processesManage assigned small projects through the entirety of a project life cycle
    • Remain engaged and flexible through a branch/department rotation program
    • Quickly function as a valuable resource and maintain a critical eye for potential process improvements or automation opportunities

    Qualifications of the Business Systems Analyst include, but are not limited to:
    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, or similar
    • Experience in Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related industry is a strong qualifier
    • Experience with ERP systems
    • Basic SQL query writing skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Detail oriented and strong documentation skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
    • Ability to travel as needed
    • Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines

    Working Conditions: Office Environment (with Warehouse rotation)
    Training/Certifications: N/A
    Shift Time/Overtime: Typically Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm but could vary based on rotation schedule, minimal overtime
    Travel: Determined by rotation schedule; there will be travel involved
