This full-time position operates Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm

We offer 4-12 depending on the candidate. Additionally, you'll receive 2-3 weeks of on-the-job training and one week of formal training from home. Training hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

All Telecommuters must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess training and organizational development needs within a specific function (e.g., claims).
• Participate in developing training programs and materials.
• Offer leadership in classroom or virtual classroom environments.
• Track training metrics and generate related reports.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in presentation and facilitation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hold a state tech license for California, Oregon, or Nevada.
• PTCB certification.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if required.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, during business hours.

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Residence in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Ensure security of all company-sensitive documents.
• Establish a dedicated workspace separate from living areas for privacy.
• Access to UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet.

Soft Skills:

• Experience in adult classroom training.
• Proficiency in virtual presentations.
