Responsibilities
- Supports tracking oversight of CalOptima Health's real estate construction throughout project lifecycle codifies tracks reports on building capital improvement projects partially funded by CalOptima Health participates in mission-driven culture high-quality performance focuses customer service consistency collaboration dignity accountability assists team carrying out department responsibilities collaborates others support short long-term goals priorities department coordinates project managers contractors monitor report construction capital improvement projects ensuring tracked completion within contractual scope expenditure guidelines communicates effectively cross-functional multi-disciplinary capacity conducts routine monitoring onsite visits construction capital improvement projects builds relationships stakeholders ensures collaboration plans develops writes comprehensive scopes work various public sector projects initial concept final delivery gathers technical requirements translates complex information internal external stakeholders completes other assigned tasks
