    Job summary

    Our client, is currently seeking a Staff Project Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.

    As a Staff Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading projects from the conceptual stage through to closeout.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and lead multiple concurrent projects including overhead transmission and substation projects ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV.
    • Work with technical teams to understand project interdependencies and establish an overall construction sequence.
    • Maintain detailed project financials and schedules with the support of project teams.
    • Implement a standardized project management lifecycle process.
    • Utilize your technical education and background to effectively manage projects.
    • Serve as the main point of contact with the client, managing client coordination, strategic planning, scope management, and budgeting.
    • Provide overall project management including siting, environmental, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, rightofway acquisition, project controls, procurement, constructability reviews, material management, and construction management.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science in engineering or engineering technology (any discipline).
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant T&D experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities to drive project deliverables.

    Additional Information:

    • Hours per Day/Week: 8/40.
    • Start Time/
    End Time: 8am-5pm.

    • Additional clearance may be needed for site or project: Clientspecific background check will be required.
