Job summary
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a multi-family property. The role involves inspecting property grounds, performing repairs, and ensuring that all common areas are in good condition.The supervisor will also be responsible for communicating with the Property Manager and performing tasks as requested.
Additionally, the supervisor will be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hour emergencies.
