Eligible participants who are hired while the bonus program is in effect will receive a $2000 bonus, paid in three increments. Bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes. All other rules governing this program will apply. Current GXO employees are not eligible for sign-on bonuses

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

1st Shift, Sunday - Tuesday and Rotating Wednesday, 6:15am 6:30pm

1st Shift, Thursday - Saturday and Rotating Wednesday, 6:15am - 6:30pm

2nd Shift, Sunday - Tuesday and Rotating Saturday, 6:15pm - 6:30am

2nd Shift, Wednesday - Friday and Rotating Saturday, 6:15pm - 6:30am

2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00pm - 5:00am

Pay rates starting at $18.75 plus any applicable shift differentials and potential overtime bonus

**What youll do on a typical day:**

Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility

Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment

Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products

Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner

Adhere to the 7S program

Maintain a clean environment at all times

Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members

**What you need to succeed at GXO:**

At a minimum, youll need:

To be at least 18 years of age

The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents

Itd be great if you also have:

1 year of experience in a warehouse environment

Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

Experience using a handheld scanner

Positive attitude and the ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives

This job requires the ability to:

Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights; lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time

Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull

Handle or manage tools or equipment

Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
