    Leads the Mobile Health Program in the MW region focused on improving access to care in the communities we serve. Provides leadership and operational oversight of the mobile health team including staff management, operations, strategy, outcomes, and evaluation. Responsibilities include overseeing, developing, and supporting the mobile health program to achieve outcomes consistent with the organization's mission and strategic priorities; including the development of strategies and approaches that increase access to care to underserved communities through a variety of models including but not limited to mobile clinics. Responsible for identifying and providing Mobile Health Care support to internal and external partners across the enterprise.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the management and oversight of the region's mobile health care program including staff and program management, strategic development, program operations, budget, and outcomes.
    • Manages the advancement of the work and initiatives within the department by collaborating with other clinical and administrative leaders to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Identifies and facilitates connections between system strategic work, service line work, regional and other partnership work, and operational level work to advance the system strategy and vision.
    • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external Community Health partners to build a robust network of community-based sites, trust within communities and resources for patients.
    • Assists in advancing the growth and value of the Mobile Health Care program and other access to care models in a scalable and value-added way to serve as a national model.
    • Develops a network of support within and outside of the system and organizes competent group facilitation to achieve mobile health care objectives.
    • Assess and manage community needs across the enterprise. Collaborates with internal partners/leaders and may facilitate primary enterprise or system-wide teams focused on access to care and innovative approaches to mobile health.
    • Implements mechanisms to enhance ability to track, measure, document and assess impact and outcomes for Community Health related interventions.
    • Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.
    • Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
    • Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations, and laws applicable to the organization's business.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Level of Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare operations or related field in Public Health, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration or Healthcare Advocacy.

    Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years in health care operations or related field in Public Health and 3 years of leadership experience.

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA)

    • Demonstrated ability to provide counsel and support to senior-level executives. In-depth awareness of health care trends and industry issues-specifically community health mandates and strategies.
    • Knowledgeable of the surrounding community and associated demographics helpful.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Practice operations including care delivery, electronic health record, billing, etc. preferred.
    • Knowledge of outcomes and data reporting, development of metrics dashboard for program monitoring.
    • Proven ability to deliver high-quality reports and communication mechanisms to influence key stakeholders.
