    PHP Agency Inc., "PHP," is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Dallas-based HQ

    team.
    PHP is a life insurance field marketing organization, founded in 2009. Our CEO is entrepreneur Patrick Bet David.

    PHP partners with leading insurance and annuity carriers to offer a comprehensive basket of insurance products to a diverse client base.

    PHP provides a part-time or full- time opportunities to individuals pursuing careers as life insurance agent. PHP passionately serves people through a field sales force with over 20,000 licensed agents. PHP headquarters offices are in Addison, Texas (Dallas metroplex).
    Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager by providing support. This position organizes and coordinates outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

    The Marketing Specialist must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented.

    The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

    The Marketing Specialist must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.


    Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
    Including but not limited

    to

    Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and

    events
    Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing

    initiatives
    Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of

    campaigns
    Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing

    opportunities
    Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are

    met
    Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different

    mediums
    Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing

    programs
    Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related

    field
    2-5 years of experience in

    marketing
    Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Market, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems
    Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data

    analysis
    Strong written and verbal communication

    skills
    Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to

    detail
    Strong prioritization, organization, and project management

    skills
    Ability to travel as

    necessary
