Job summary
We are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer for the Mechanical Engineering Group which is responsible for developing our Semiconductor Test Systems.As a member of Mechanical Engineering Group the Mechanical Engineer you will have your hands in many ongoing projects and day to day tasks.
In this role you will apply your knowledge of Mechanical Engineering towards:Assisting in assembly and validation of Engineering prototypes
Executing lifecycle testing on equipment in the lab
Use SolidWorks to create parts assemblies drawings and FEA simulations Create assembly level BoMs and release these items on ECNs
Participate in team meetings and present quantitative qualitative findings in an organized professional manner
Assisting with thermal testing simulations The role is based out of our office North Reading MA which requires onsite presence.
- Must have Bachelor Science degree from accredited institution
- Demonstrated proficiency SolidWorks part creation drawings large assemblies Knowledge drafting design standards ANSI Y145 GD T Understanding design manufacturing DFA DFM principles Knowledge measurement systems techniques Strong ability communicate Ability quickly learn apply new information Ability manage time Positive attitude Enjoys hands approach toward engineering
