A rapidly growing
Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury
firm is expanding its litigation team due to a significant increase in trial volume and an anticipated trial-heavy 2026. This is a growth-driven opening.
If you are a seasoned Plaintiff PI litigator who thrives in the courtroom and is ready to run cases independently, this is a strong opportunity to step into substantial responsibility.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong Plaintiff Personal Injury background
- Auto accident litigation experience highly preferred
- Advanced skills in: Depositions, Discovery, Law & motion practice
- Trial Experience: Minimum 2+ first-chair jury trials (or very close equivalent)
- Must be confident in managing and running trials independently

70–80 active litigation files - Direct case transfer from a senior partner
- Firm is actively expanding — recently hired two associates and continuing to grow

real trial ability over pedigree - Ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom exposure and autonomy
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between
[$250,000 – $350,000 annually]
. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Bonuses:
10–15% of attorney fees
