Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted Physician Assistant licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
• Graduate of an Accredited Physician Assistant program, Masters level preferred
• National Board Certification
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

New York Residents Only:
The salary range for
New York residents is $114,784 to $154,951 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
