Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including the checking in and out of drivers as they arrive to pick up or deliver products at the warehouse. This is a 2nd shift position going from the hours of 3-11 pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily tasks include but not limited to:

• Double checking of dock schedules and emailing no shows to the appropriate team members
• Checking dock schedule for add ons, moves, and/or deletes.
• Checking emails, answering phones, taking messages, and sign in and out guests.
• Gather Moyle load information for the week.
• Enter trailer numbers into McLeod.
• Checking in drivers:
• Check if they are on the schedule for the day.
• Double-check drivers check in sheet is accurate (city and state, pick up number, carrier etc.)
• Inform the driver of the doc door they will be going to
• Give paperwork to the driver to give to the loader.
• Print the Bill of ladings and have the driver sign after the driver has been loaded.
• Emailed signed Bill of Lading to the client.

Minimum Qualification:

• Customer service +1 year
• Warehouse +1 year
• Receiving +1 year
• Warehouse clerk +1 year
