    Job Summary


    This position supports the Brand Team to execute the brand roadmap by managing specific projects and marketing activities in alignment with brand vision and company strategy.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES\/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


    Support product development projects by coordinating and following up on requests with internal systems and cross functional teams R&D, Regulatory, QA, Purchasing, Graphics, Finance, Operations and Engineering.

    Assist product changes by ensuring all communication is up to date with legal and regulatory mandates updating labels, websites, systems, and all internal and external communication as necessary.

    Assist in communicating project status to various internal stakeholders.

    Be the brand ambassador for the organization and inspire cross functional teams to ensure brand strategy is reflected in all elements of execution.

    Support marketing campaign development by assisting creative and communication teams and external partners as needed.
    Aid in gather and analyze relevant competitive information including product attributes, shelf placement, packaging, pricing and promotion. This may include in-market store visits.
    Utilize multiple tools\/reports, such as IRI or internal sales, to analyze and track sales trends and present analysis to Brand Manager, providing actionable insights

    Work with ABM to develop sales tools to support brand initiatives and customer needs and prepare best-in-class product sampling for internal and external stakeholders.

    Education And Experience

    Bachelor's in business, Marketing or Related Field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
    0-2 years of experience in marketing or business management preferred.

    Strong organizational skills including the ability to track and report on multiple complex projects simultaneously.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to express ideas effectively and efficiently.

    Strong interpersonal skill and an ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company.

    Analytical skills, data driven decision making and an ability to use business planning to meet business goals and objectives, with direct budgeting and P&L
    Customer service mentality.
    Excellent attention to detail.
    Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT\/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    80% Office or at-home environment.
    10% Travel may be required with little prior warning and\/or for extended periods of time. Off-site deployment of up to 1 week could be expected.
    10% visit manufacturing facilities and participate in production-oriented activities.
