Job Summary
Responsible for leading large complex global projects monitors and controls project activities from initiation through delivery accountable for planning and execution tasks including scope scheduling budgeting costing resource risk and issue management. Continuously assesses project health anticipating risk and developing effective mitigation plans that maintain committed project plan collects and analyzes data required to create effective written status reports creates and delivers effective written verbal project status reports proactively engages stakeholders providing timely relevant transparent project status work with management of different operating functions to identify obtain required resources adequately staff project directs activities of project team members balances workload ensuring individual group objectives met contributes development processes coordinating collaboration design manufacturing execution conducts lessons learned meetings at end projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field preferred.
- Five years' progressive experience leading teams or projects across multiple functions including manufacturing supply chain.
- 3+ years' in a full cycle project management role.
