    Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

    Deliver skilled nursing care to residents with diverse chronic conditions and complex needs.
    - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
    - Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform various clinical duties.
    - Educate residents and families on their care and health status.

    Registered Nurse Qualifications:

    Active and in good standing RN license.
    - Preferably 1-2 years of experience in geriatric nursing

    - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
    - Dedication to delivering compassionate and resident-centered care.
