    Description

    Job Title: Social Worker

    The Jewish Board's Adult Residential Division supports Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing adults with serious and persistent mental illness to live in the community with as much independence as possible. Using a non-judgmental, harm-reduction approach, staff model and guide residents to create and meet personalized recovery goals develop independent living skills live healthy secure manner Our work guided principles underscore critical importance stable housing culturally competent anti-racist lens respect dignity legitimacy individual journey.

    Position Overview:

    Social Worker responsible supplying necessary clinical intervention within realm program Provide cultural competent sensitive services part therapeutic team Agency work closely divisions medical psychiatric psychology staff ensure appropriate treatment interventions client.
