- Become the quality SME of the product line and manufacturing process, providing on-site support to customers as needed.
- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews
- Be the primary technical point of contact for customer complaints, changes to existing products and PPAP submittals.
- Drive timely customer complaint closure and maintain the Customer Score Card/Satisfaction
- Responsible for coordination of customer audits.
- Translate customer product requirements and applications and communicate the requirements into the product design and manufacturing activities.
- Actively participate in the Product Development and APQP process, representing the voice of the customer.

- BS in Engineering, Science or Related Discipline
- 5+ years experience
- Experience working with tier 1 automotive customers
- Complete knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949
- Six Sigma Training is highly desirable
- Possess critical thinking, active listening, judgment and decision making skills
