- Provide support in the design and development of high-power RF systems that will be deployed to produce a wide spectrum of electronic warfare test and evaluation environments.
- Support the design of new transmitters and the modification/redesign of existing systems to extend existing navigation warfare capabilities to meet evolving customer requirements.
- Identify commercial sources of viable RF equipment and verifying the performance of acquired components meet their specs and in turn support overall system requirements.
- Troubleshoot and identify engineering solutions for malfunctioning navigation warfare equipment.
- ABET accredited bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Ten (10) years of professional experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Experience is highly desired in RF components such as high-power RF amplifiers, signal sources, high power antennas, RF power measurement sensors and associated components.
- Experience and knowledge in modulation techniques, equipment, waveform generation, characterization and validation is highly desired.
- Must have ability to work within specific procedures and processes of the Air Force Test Center and DoD regulations and guidelines.
