    Description
    Up to a $15,000 sign on bonus

    As a Residential Registered Nurse, you will be under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation, you will develop, implement, and manage all clinical aspects for your assigned patients.

    Be an integral part of the overall decision-making process bridging clinical and administrative matters involving both the clinic and residential sites.

    Work can either be full time, part time, or PRN.

    Full Time:

    Shift:
    Monday-Friday PM Shift
    health, dental, life, and optional vision insurance
    paid holidays
    Takes vital signs and monitors the medical progress of patients. Formulates and implements individualized nursing plans to improve the patients' quality of life.
    Provides emergency first-aid for patients and staff if needed. Administers TB tests and Hepatitis B vaccines for staff.
    Assists with medical staffings.

    Provides for the safety of patients, visitors, staff and self when interacting with patients who may have behavioral outbursts.

    Blood Draw and IV certifications preferred.
    Successful completion of pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, health screen, including TB clearance, and fingerprint clearance.
