Overview:
Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Title/Escrow Professional to lead their establishment of obtaining a Title/Escrow license in the state of Utah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, possess excellent attention to detail, and hold a valid title and escrow license in the state of Utah for a minimum of three of the last five years.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Utah rules and regulations related to the issuance of title and closing services.
• Conduct thorough title searches to ensure clear and marketable title.
• Analyze and interpret complex legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, and plats.
• Manage and coordinate the entire escrow process from opening to closing.
• Work closely with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth closing process.
• Prepare accurate and complete closing documents in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Review closing statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and others involved in the transaction.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing title and escrow services.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the title and escrow process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find effective solutions.
Qualifications:
• Possess a valid and active title and escrow license in the state of Utah for three of the proceeding five years,
• Minimum of four years of experience in title and escrow services.
• Strong understanding of Utah real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Familiarity with industry software and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and preparing documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
