Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member (Full Time Only)
Location: Blessings Golf Club
Fayetteville , AR
Join our team and help keep our golf course in top condition We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using powered equipment
- Edge, trim, and maintain bunkers, ball washers, and water hazards
- Lay sod, plant vegetation, and pull weeds
- Change cups and tee markers
- Prune trees/shrubs and maintain flower beds
- Operate hand and light power tools
- Assist with course projects like sod work, grading, and drainage
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be dependable, a team player, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Local candidates only
