The Kimberly-Clark Procurement organization is driving a transformation agenda towards a more strategic and enterprise approach, enabling simplification and standardization of categories and processes with a collaborative mindset. This role has category management responsibilities for Kimberly-Clark's purchases in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operation) equipment category, with enterprise spend of $300 - $400 million and will report directly to the Senior Director, Enterprise Capital and Energy Procurement.
In this role, you will:
Develop and set enterprise strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs, engaging with key stakeholders and ensuring the deployment by regional/segment teams
Lead and enable regional teams, understanding segment/plant needs and ensuring deployment of enterprise category strategy
Lead supplier relationship management, building partnerships with strategic suppliers in the category
Supports programs and initiatives to reduce complexity and promote standardization of categories and processes
Understands market movement and industry benchmarks and best practices
Cultivates strategic supplier partnerships to unlock innovation and drive enterprise value
Champion a high‑performance culture, fostering talent development, engagement, and collaboration across globally dispersed teams
Engage and align stakeholders consistently across functions and regions

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in business, engineering, supply chain or related discipline
10+ years of experience including plant manufacturing and/or staff leadership; equipment category management preferred
3+ years of people management experience
Business acumen, excellent communication skills (both written and oral) ability to communicate up and across the organization, cross functional collaboration & influencing
Strong project management, process improvement, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a complex global / diverse environment
Effective negotiator with proven results
Preferred:
Advanced degree
Procurement transformation experience within procurement categories
