    Description
    • 2 years minimum experience supporting end users or IT systems.
    • 2 years minimum hands-on experience with Zscaler in a production environment (If we had to change this to 1 year we could but I'd like to see someone with some solid experience).
    • Customer service oriented.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Working knowledge of:

    • Endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile devices)
    • Networking
    • Remote access
    • Proxy
