The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Community Association Manager(s) in managing client associations. The position involves responding to voice mail messages and emails within 24 hours, transferring owner calls to A/R Specialist or escalating if needed, assisting with customer satisfaction by routing calls from owners, board members, and contractors.

  • Maintain contact information in Vantaca.
  • Prepare/send/track violation letters & architectural applications.
