    Company Description

Bridge Financial Partners LLC is a full service financial services firm. Our clients include small businesses and individuals.

    Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Associate Financial Advisor at Bridge Financial Partners LLC located in Fort Mill, SC. The industry success rate for new financial advisors is poor. We believe that this has to change.

Success in this role is measured in knowledge and activity.

Knowledge: Tests are a part of your career in the financial services industry. In the first year, you will complete your Life & Health licenses; SIE; Series 7; Series 66. After your first year, you will begin the process to become a Certified Financial Planner. We would expect you to obtain your certification by the end of your third year.

Activity: You will spend the first 3-6 months learning the products and services we provide our clients (yes, a lot of paperwork). After the initial 3-6 months, you will spend 12-18 months attending client meetings, reviewing meeting notes after each meeting, completing and delegating tasks when appropriate and tracking the completion of those tasks. In this second phase of your training, you will be attending events for the Chamber of Commerce, non-profit organizations, the financial service industry and our community. Each day you will spend time speaking with business owners.

Your goal will be to build relationships. Our goal is to help you develop the skills and knowledge we believe are necessary to become a successful financial advisor who is valued by our clients and contributes to the success and longevity of our firm. Relationships you develop in your first 2 years will become the foundation of your centers-of-influence, referrals, prospects and new clients.
