    OVERVIEW:
    The Lexington Legends are a member of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball.

    The organization is assembling a Front Office that is driven to succeed and establish the Legends as a model franchise for minor league baseball.

    Through the development, management, and implementation of ticket sales strategies, the Ticket Operations Manager will play a critical role in the long-term success of the franchise.

    Ideal candidates will have a focus towards customer service and salesmanship, while naturally applying core values of imagination, enthusiasm, and self-confidence.


    JOB TYPE:
    Full-Time / Salary & Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage)

    April-September:
    Flexibility to work additional game nights and weekends beyond normal business hours


    October-March:
    Normal business hours with supplemental engagement at community and special events

    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Oversee all aspects of the team's ticketing platform including venue and event creation, online sales, advanced reporting, ticket delivery and scanner managementDevelop forecasting models to help determine probable outcomes for attendance, season ticket utilization, ticket pricing, and ticket buyer retentionAssist with the development of season, group, hospitality and individual ticket pricing, packages and contracts through market research, analysis, and previous year metricsManage all day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office, including inbound sales, cash handling procedures, ticket fulfillment, and customer inquiriesHire, train, schedule, and supervise all part-time staffing for the Ticket OfficeAnticipate and resolve fan complaints, requests, and inquiries, ensuring that each fan interaction results in increased loyalty to the teamReconcile daily ticketing revenue and produce accurate financial reports for the Director of FinanceEstablish and implement procedures for monthly and annual season ticket invoicingFacilitate the production and ordering of all ticket stock including season, suite, and individual game ticketsPioneer events and campaigns that aim to strengthen fan relationships while building an unprecedented reputation throughout the communityFoster teamwork, morale, motivation, and open communication within sales, fan relations, and game day employeesContribute to the overall sales of season and group tickets through lead generation, cold calls, and client referrals.

    This includes daily outbound phone calls and setting up face-to-face meetings with current and prospective clients.
    Other team-related duties as directed by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Required - Minimum (3) years experience within ticket sales, operations, and managementBachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university or collegePHYSICAL DEMANDS &
