Job summary
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and contributing to continuous improvement across IT operations.Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for workstation, application, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems across: Windows and macOS environments Microsoft 365 services Directory services, identity platforms, and authentication workflows Network access VPN connections peripheral hardware Support endpoint security by responding to alerts from monitoring or threat-detection tools Review system backups help resolve routine backup failures Handle advanced tickets serve as an escalation point for junior support team members Maintain accurate records through ticket updates documentation knowledge base contributions Assist with account setup access changes system provisioning Participate in technology refreshes hardware rollouts scheduled maintenance Work with infrastructure application teams to troubleshoot recurring issues improve system stability Identify patterns in support requests suggest operational procedural improvements Deliver clear customer-oriented communication users at all levels
