    The Role


    As the Program Director at Alsana, you will manage the operations of a specific program, including direct care staffing, milieu management, and client scheduling.

    Responsibilities

    Oversees operational aspect of assigned programs

    Hires, trains, manages, and supervises direct care staff, coordinators and housekeeping (as appropriate) including screening, interviewing, scheduling to census, conducting performance reviews and chart reviews/audits

    Coordinates admissions/transitions to program, working closely with Director of Clinical Services and intake team

    Works with team to find new ways to staff efficiently, optimize staff strengths and ensure the highest level of client care

    Reviews Perception of Care results and make revisions/suggestions to program offerings as needed

    Ensures that incident reports are completed and sent to Director of Clinical Services for review

    Upholds client confidentiality and maintains professional boundaries, demeanor, dress and interaction with clients, family members, visitors and coworkers

    Demonstrates positive attitude toward work and the workplace with behavior that supports administrative and facility decisions; creates atmosphere of mutual trust, harmony, acceptance and respect within the community

    Performs all other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    You have a master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health related discipline

    Having a therapy license is preferred

    If you have a bachelors degree in a relevant field plus experience it would be acceptable

    You have 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in leadership

    You have 1+ years of recent experience related to eating disordered clients (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in the behavioral health industry

    Salary is $70,000. Any offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications and location.
