Immediate need for a Mechanical Product Design Engineer with experience or knowledge of HVAC/R, refrigeration technologies, or thermal dynamics.

This position has high growth potential.

The Mechanical Product Design Engineer will focus on the design, research, and testing of mechanical and electromechanical systems for existing and new refrigeration equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and industry experienceExperience leading projects across multiple business functions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Creo and Windchill or similar CAD softwareKnowledge of test equipment and measurement instrumentationFamiliarity with manufacturing processesFabrication experienceTeam-oriented and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills location: PEACHTREE CITY, Georgia job type: Permanent salary: $70, ,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Concept development, evaluation, selection, verification, implementation into production, and support in manufacturing and the fieldLead projects by interacting with other departments within the companyDesign and modeling using 3d CAD softwarePerforms engineering calculations to meet product specifications #LI-CR1qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 2 years of experienceEducation: Bachelors (required) skills: Product DesignMechanical EngineeringCADMechanical DesignHVAC/R
