- First responder for email and telephone customer support issues from field
- Resolution of Tier 1 support issues working with customers and field personnel - incl. power, display configuration, cabling, media player status
- Management of technical support tickets including entering new tickets, progressing & escalating tickets, verifying ticket closure online and with customers
- Proactive calls to customer sites to assure solutions are working correctly
- Daily and weekly reports to management of issue and ticket statuses, priorities, escalations, etc.
- Configuration of replacement media players, management appliances and other digital signage hardware using documented procedures
- Tier 1 technical support for digital signage control platforms to scheduling team, escalations as needed to engineering and management.
- Process improvement of all elements of technical support processes
- Need to live or willing to live in the Boise Area
- Must have a valid driver's license
