- Administer, develop, and support O365 applications including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
- Manage VPN, Software defined perimeter, and Firewall as a service solutions to ensure remote access to company resources
- Administer Firewall solutions to protect company resources from external threats
- Oversee the maintenance and security of company intranets, computer systems
- Implement and maintain identity protection and management solutions to safeguard accounts and data
- Oversee 365 and Azure roadmap releases.
- Implement and manage user and network security. Including set up and maintenance of user access.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Evaluate existing software applications and perform updates or modifications
- Provide tech support for 365 and azure, windows operating systems, and SaaS applications
- 365 Administration - Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
- Azure Administration - VM, storage, accounts, and virtual networks
- VPN/SDP technologies
- Identity protection and management solutions
- Network infrastructure design and maintenance.
- Hands on experience administering and maintaining NGFW
