    **Delivering Exceptional Care in Occupational Medicine**

    We're a rapidly growing private practice dedicated to making a significant impact on our clients' employees' lives. Our comprehensive services include pre-employment exams, injury prevention, wellness programs, medical treatment, testing surveillance programs, and case management.

    As a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals providing top-notch care in our Occupational Medicine Health Unit in Coldwater, Michigan. You'll collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, certified medical assistants, and case managers to offer a holistic approach to employee health.

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • A current CRNP or PA-C license in good standing in the state of Michigan
    • Excellent orthopedic/musculoskeletal skills
    • At least two years of experience in occupational medicine or a related field
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Triage procedures for initial evaluations of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries
    • Safety surveillance procedures such as pulmonary function testing, hearing testing, eye exams, UDS testing, and DOT's
    • Joint injections
    • Suturing
    • Medical screening
    • Treatment planning
    • Completing clinical notes
    • Collaborating with our Case Manager and worker's compensation case management team
    • Providing additional Primary Care services as needed

    • $55.00 - $73.00 per hour
    • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities
