    About the Role

    This full-time position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits within a dynamic, pioneering, and rapidly expanding beauty industry start-up. The successful candidate will serve as a critical thought partner to the leadership team, guiding strategic initiatives and refining and implementing processes that maintain Silver Mirror as a top beauty destination. This multifaceted role requires an exceptional degree of business and operational acumen, coupled with the capability to effectively realize the vision of the CEO and COO.

    Salary and Benefits

    - Base salary of $70,000 with a $10,000 retention bonus upon completing the first year of employment.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Develop and execute strategic initiatives alongside the CEO and COO.

    - Take proactive ownership of nascent projects.

    - Oversee key organizational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

    - Enhance internal communication and foster cross-functional collaboration.

    - Support meeting preparations and follow-up actions.

    - Monitor and adjust project scopes and schedules as needed.

    - Address and resolve resource, workflow, scheduling, and budgetary challenges.

    - Spearhead continuous improvements in systems and processes.

    - Craft dashboards, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

    - Produce compelling pitches and presentations.

    - Conduct research and data analysis as required.

    - Perform additional duties as assigned.

    About You

    - Possess a bachelor's degree or higher.

    - 5+ years of full-time experience in operational roles within the consumer sector.

    - 3+ years of full-time experience in a start-up environment, successfully bringing projects to fruition.

    - Demonstrate the ability to lead a project from conception to market launch.

    - Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

    - Are extremely well-organized, managing competing demands effectively.

    - Are proactive, with a strong ability to anticipate needs and complete tasks without direct supervision.

    - Possess outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to propose and implement effective solutions.

    - Have advanced Excel skills

    - Are adept at working with data and presenting it clearly and effectively.

    - Are enthusiastic about adopting new technologies and developing new systems.

    - Can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    Work Environment

    - Based in our small corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.

    - Hybrid role, typically requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.
