Radiology Technologist (ARRT)

As a Radiology Technologist (ARRT) for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you are our greatest asset.

You are the subject matter expert in operating our general x-ray diagnostic imaging equipment, and demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting treatment of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the hospital.

What you'll do:

Perform all routine radiographic procedures and views, including fluoroscopic procedures.
Provides radiation protection to patient, staff and self-according to prescribed safety standards, while also preparing and/or administering contrast media, i.e., orally, IV, rectally.
Work closely with Physicians with radiographic procedures and examinations during operative procedures.
Assist in providing training in Diagnostic Imaging for Radiologic Technology students.

What you'll bring:

2 years' experience as an Imaging Technologist preferred.
Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology, and completion of a twenty-four (24) month clinical internship required.
Current registration as an ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) must renew certification and /or registration annually with 24 hours of continuing education bi-annually.
Current license with New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging & Radiation therapy.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
