The way we work is by implanting in a local community and building relationships with pertinent people businesses schools and the community. Our program managers and coordinators will specialize prioritize and analyze the overall need for the community youth education and development being at the forefront.
We primarily aim our programs and services to those who are considered disadvantaged. BFCs definition of disadvantaged youth include but are not limited to African American communities Hispanic Latin communities low income disabled English-learning immigrants emancipated homeless etc.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate weekly club meetings
- Lead engaging age-appropriate activities
- Support teamwork leadership and positive behavior
