Job Description Job Description Reputable company seeks to hire a Terminal Manager .

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Plan, implement and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency & compliance with company policies & procedures.
Monitor and direct all dispatch activities; including tracking, routing, and managing dispatchers.
Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem-solving abilities as issues arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure staff members comply with safety rules & regulations according to OSHA & DOT standards.
Manage P&L, budget & forecast.
This is a full time, direct hire position. Room for growth & advancement within the organization.
