Position SummaryTo prepare and assist patients for their stress test in the office setting.

Stress test responsibilities include explaining procedure to patient, proper electrode placement and equipment set up, documenting manual B/P's with ongoing patient assessment during the test, starting IVs as necessary, and notifying physician of any EKG abnormalities.

Performs Holter/Event monitors and prepare all paperwork for results.
Assists with orientating and on the job training, maintain and order supplies, and carry out appropriate billing procedures.
Abides by all compliance requirements and policies and performs all responsibilities in an ethical manner.


Qualifications/SpecificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from a four-year college or university

Experience:
1 year of patient care experience required. Prefer candidate with strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms.
