Product Support Program Engineering Manager - Fort Wayne

BAE Systems is looking for a Product Support Program Engineering Manager (PEM) in its Fort Wayne IN facility. This position will report to the Air Transport Market Program Director.
+ Qualifications +
* Requires Bachelor Degree in Engineering 7+ years work in technical discipline including 5+ years relevant work experience in support of commercial aircraft technology
* Ability to lead development of reliability improvement product life extension solutions such as overhauls including inputs create compelling business cases customer marketing
+ Responsibilities +
- Establishes manages effective team support mostly commercial aircraft aftermarket programs meet established cost schedule technical requirements
