    TransAm Trucking Company Truck Drivers Enjoy:

    • Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty* (Includes per diem)
    • We reward safety early and often-starting with a raise after your first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score. From there, pay increases are reviewed bi-annually, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings through safe, consistent driving.**

    TransAm Trucking Company Truck Driver Job Requirements:

    • Valid CDL-A
    • Must have at-least 3 months of verified over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience
    • Minimum 21-years-old

    ***May be eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount for working a full schedule, not being responsible for any service failures, and no preventable accidents. Continued employment through the date of payment is a material condition of eligibility and a condition precedent to earning the incentive.
