    Job Description:

    Sales Executives are outside security sales consultants, working with our clients in the field to assess their risks and implement security solutions to prevent losses and criminal activity before they happen.

    This is a specialized role within business development with a focus on locating opportunities and cultivating long-term business relationships with law enforcement agencies at the local, state, educational and federal level. Public safety and emergency management working groups such as fire, marine safety, animal control and disaster response and relief organizations. Organizations that engage in large scale events in which public safety and security are actively deployed; examples such as major sporting events, political events, disaster response.

    This position reports to the VP of Sales.

    Essential Job Duties:

    • Travel expectations; nationwide
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in selling services to government or law enforcement agencies.
    • Network, contacts, and relationship within local, state, and federal agencies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Understanding of security technology and its application with public safety.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of law enforcement operations and processes is a plus. (Including procurement process)
    • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments with all ECAMSECURE solutions.
    • Write proposals, conduct presentations, and demonstrate ECAMSECURE value proposition meeting assigned sales targets/quota.
    • Maintain CRM database by inputting leads and updating activity.
    • Manage the business and sales relationship with key client accounts.
    • Coordinate client services with key company personnel, including Operations, and Finance
    • Duties as assigned.
