- Four years progressively responsible experience as a administrative assistance. Proven experience in multi-tasking of work projects.
- Associates Degree in Office Administration or similar major (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite skills, including editing and proof reading.
- Ability to run and export reports in Excel.
- Ability to help with preparing project budgets
- Ability to maintain automated and manual record keeping systems.
- Strong sense of team spirit and ability to transfer it to others.

Job DescriptionSSFM is recruiting for a talented self motivated Project Coordinator to join their Project Management team. This position is based out of our Honolulu Office.
SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Group Manager, the Project Coordinator (PC) position performs mid- level project coordination support functions for assigned groups within SSFM International, Inc. (SSFM). Desired competencies include: proven administrative skills with attention to detail and excellent customer service experience. Ideal candidate must be able to establish priorities and is a motivated, self-starter who can administratively support multiple projects and priorities within a fast paced environment. Incumbent is expected to have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and administrative office procedures. Prior relevant experience in engineering, construction and administrative environment is a plus.
